Email alert issues

    I am not getting email notifications for both sender and recepiant.

    I Have created a new email notification but to no avail, it is not working. Please let me know I'm not doing correctly. Thank you

    Hi there, 

    One of your e-mail addresses was on our bounce list:

     

    Result: jsmevents@jsmct.org is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'An address in this message (at jotfo=rm . us) is listed on sbl-multi.rbl.spamrl.com. Please organise removal and retry.'
    I have since removed the address from the bounce list.

    Please follow the instructions on this guide in order to avoid this in the furture.

    As per your inquiry: I am not getting email notifications for both sender and recepiant. here is a guide to help you set an "Autoresponder"  and one that explains the sender and recepient fields.

    still have issues. When I switch to a gmail account it works. Are my emails in your bounce list. My host is Siteground.com. Do i need to have my host check to see if communications jotform are being rejected.

    When i do a test from from email set up, i do receive the emails.

    i was originally getting emails until I deleted Notification1 and 2 from the email list.

    Yes, it is back in our bounce list.

    Your email provider is blocking our mails as spam.

    Are you able to get in touch with them and find out why?

    ask them why emails from noreply@jotform.com are being rejected. (assuming the Sender Email of your notifications is noreply@jotform.com )

    A possible workaround is to set up a filter in gmail to forward the emails to this email address.
