Registration/Payment with Confirmation Email?

    I'm looking to set up a payment checkout page. I see that Jotform has both PayPal and Google Sheet integration which is exactly what I'm looking for.

    But additionally, I also need a feature that sends out a confirmation email on my behalf once someone has made the PayPal payment and completed the checkout. That way, when someone completes the checkout, they'll automatically receive an email from PayPal that the payment went through, as well as an email from me saying that the transaction and checkout process has been completed successfully. 

    Can I automate completion/confirmation emails with Jotform?

    Thanks for that information! That's exactly what I'm looking for.

    Another question I have is how to make sure that the autoresponder email is only sent after the PayPal payment has been completed.

    These would be the two scenarios:

    1. User fills out the form > User completes the PayPal checkout successfully > User gets autoresponder email

    2. User fills out the form > User closes the window instead of completing the PayPal checkout (User shouldn't get any autoresponder email in this case)


    Does Jotform save the user information for the users that start the form but don't complete it?

    When does Jotform send the autoresponder email? Is it after the user submits the form, or is it after the user has completed the PayPal checkout? I'd like for it to be after the PayPal checkout only. Meaning that a user shouldn't receive an autoresponder email if they've only completed the form, and haven't gone on to complete the PayPal checkout (for whatever reason).

    Also, is it possible to set up a trial? We're very interested in being either a silver or gold client but would first like to make sure that everything works as we intend.

    By default, email notifications and email autoresponders will not send when the user does not complete the payment, they will be only sent when the user is successfully redirected to the thank you page after completing the payment in PayPal. 

    Now, you may control this and configure which emails should be sent, the following guide will help you doing so:
