File downloads are extremely slow

    File downloads from our forms are extremely slow.  We've been using the same forms for several years now without any issues.  What may have changed on your end to cause this.  Its been going on for about a week now.

    We have tried downloading one of the files, and there wasn't any issue:

    As you can see there was no even any issue reported in the browser console log. Please try using a different internet connection.

    Hi BDAVID, we have the same issue here. It usually does not take this long. But maybe it is because we are based in Australia? The files are downloading at 3KB/s :\

    I can verify this issue seems to be local to Google chrome and after clearing cache you get about 15-20min of normal speeds before it slows back down again.

    Please rectify this issue asap JotForm.
