Please help get my account back to how it should be structured

    Hello -

My manager created and paid for an account for Wacker Neuson.  My original user account was created as part of our group account where I created surveys that my entire group could see and edit.  It appears that now my user account is separate: for example the last survey I created did not save in the Wacker Neuson surveys and I just received an email notification that I have almost 100 submissions this month and need to upgrade.

Please help get my account back to how it should be structured.

    Thanks,

    Becca

I checked your account and it is a free account. Could you please provide the account username or email address registered to the other account so we can check it further?

At the moment, you have 91 submissions and if you reach the monthly limit your forms will be disabled. We do reset the limit back to 0 every first day of the month.

The other username is WNMarketing.  I was originally prompted to create an account for us to share files.  I pretty sure that I had also created surveys within the WNMarketing group, but logged in as myself.  However, now when I try to do anything or create new, it is always outside of the WNMarketing shared files.....unless I never did and it just seemed like I did because I would go in and edit everything?!?!?

You need to transfer your created form to the main account (WNMarketing). Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account#option2

Also, please keep in mind that the main account doesn't share the account limits to other JotForm account.
