Custom URL link is not working.

Good afternoon,

 

Created our first form today but the shared link wont work correctly. Please advise.

Custom URL hasn't been applied to the form yet. Please test it again, the link should be working now.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance. 

I went in and created a custom URL and am still having trouble.

 

 

I have checked your form and it seems you may have not enabled your custom URL link yet.

Kindly follow this guide and let us know if the issue still remains.

I don't want a custom link. It just only seems to work on certain devices. it works on my computer and tablet but not my phone.

I have tested your Form URL link using my mobile device and it is working at my end.

Please try your form link https://www.jotform.us/form/82113641048146 again and let us know how it goes.
