Created our first form today but the shared link wont work correctly. Please advise.

Custom URL hasn't been applied to the form yet. Please test it again, the link should be working now.

I went in and created a custom URL and am still having trouble.

I have checked your form and it seems you may have not enabled your custom URL link yet.

I don't want a custom link. It just only seems to work on certain devices. it works on my computer and tablet but not my phone.
