My result email is different than my pdf attachment, why?

    I have checked all settings over and over and the email setup too.

    It is still not working.

    There are fields showing when they are empty.

    Also, field mini thick only shows up on the PDF but not on the submission

    Please try enabling the Hide Empty Fields feature of the email alert. Here's a screencast guide that you can follow:
