How can our various company technicians use/send a form I create?

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible for me to create a form, and have 10 of our company technicians have access to send it from their iphone, to a various customers of ours for signature sign off/approval??

Is there a way this can happen ?

Anyone with a link can share a form. If you want to allow your company technicians to edit a form, view submissions or both, you can add them as the Sub-account Users of your account.

What I need is, and I am wondering if this is possible.... is the ability for myself to create a form, and then have it saved as a 'blank template' on my account, so that our technicians can send this 'blank template' out to various/different clients, several times over and over from their dotform iphone mobile phone app ?

I can see that I can create a form, however... I cannot work out how to save it as a 'blank template' as such, so I can easily resend it to a different customer from the mobile app if I was not in the office ?

Once you create a form it will be located inside of the My Forms folder in your account. I checked your account and I saw that you created the following form - https://www.jotform.co/form/82118329735864 

I am not exactly sure what do you mean by 'blank template'. You can provide the URL of your form to your users so that they can fill it and submit it. 

If your technicians are using the JotForm mobile app, they can view the form submissions and share the form from. Please note that they need to have an access to the form. Like I previously mentioned you can add your technicians as the Sub-account Users of your account or you can share your account login credentials with them. For more details please check this guide:
