It seems my autoresponder is not working with smtp

    None of the auto responders on my forms work. Maybe an SMTP setting?

    Could you help please?

    Hello Glen,

    I have checked our mail logs and can see autoresponder emails for submissions were generated and sent to your smtp. You can also check email history for your account as described at this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History


    Have you checked the spam folders when testing? If emails are not there, I can suggest to contact your email service provider and ask them to accept emails from Jotform regardless of the IP Address being used. This is to ensure that all legitimate emails coming from Jotform and AmazonSES (our email service providers) will be recognized and accepted by your email service provider.
