Hello -
I deleted all of my submissions from my account but it's saying that I am full capacity for submissions. Looking at my forms it indicates that I don't have any submissions. Any help with this would be great.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account usage is well within the allowed limits. It seems you have deleted all submissions and that has cleared your upload space as well. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if you have any trouble.
