I currently use Jotform fto collect guest details and room setup options for our holiday business. The form has grown over time and is now a little long so I wanted to consolidate things by creating a table with columns for guest name (2 per bedroom), age, email address and then a drop down field in the final column for the bed setup. Is there a way to do this please

After checking your form, it seems that the Configurable List Widget may better fit your needs rather than the Input Table since the Input Table does not allow the insertion of additional rows by the user and the combination of distinct input fields within a row. You can achieve both features using the Configurable List Widget, as you can see in the screencast below:
