Continuing on free plan

Hi

We are a small charity that runs a museum in mid-Wales. We have only a limited need for forms and very little money. I have found your forms easy to use and would like to continue as at present. What I am not clear about from your web site is that at present we have 5 forms listed. If I was to delete a couple that are now obsolete, does that free up the amount of forms used - ie if I delete 2 can I create another 2, or having used 5 would I have to go onto a paid scheme (which we really can't afford). 

If you delete or archived the unused forms, then you can continue on the free plan and can make new forms up to 5, so only the active ones are counted.
