I have just checked your form and it seems like you have set up an SMTP sender, I have tested the form and did not receive the email autoresponder.
I would recommend you to double check your SMTP settings and make sure you're using the correct settings, this guide will help you editing your SMTP settings: https://www.jotform.com/help/241-How-to-Edit-Delete-Sender-Emails-on-SMTP-Settings
You may also try using our default sender, either noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. If you still do not receive the emails you may whitelist our IP addresses in order to avoid emails being blocked.
