Why I have email field missing from submission email?

Hi there - I have a form created that I use for the registrations of workshops. The Creating Design with Code has the email field missing. It shows on the form I created but it doesn't pull over when I export the submissions. I really need those emails to get in touch with the parents. Please help

The email field is missing from your Notifier because you have a field missing in it:
