i'd like to change my username to the school i work for. I set this up as a trial and I'm really pleased and happy, I think my school would like to upgrade but I'm sure not under my email address. The document is still live so need that to continue.
Does that make sense?

Are you going to be managing the account for the school or will they be taking care of that? If it will be your duty, then you could have the username changed now and edit the account's email address to that of the school later. Conversely, if the school will be creating and editing the forms, then they should create their own account.
In the first scenario (you managing the account), state the desired username and we will change it for you. If, on the other hand, the school creates their own account and you wish to transfer some or all of your forms to their account, we can also do that for you. (All of the forms' associated data will be transferred to the school's account).
Whereas username changes and form transferals cannot be performed by users, upgrades can.
