There is a Paypal error as it connects to Jotform. My customers are getting an error message on my website.
How do I fix this?

It will help us check and test on the problem if you can share to us the URL of your website where the actual form was used.
I checked your form and I found that PayPal payment integration is not yet completely configured. There is no PayPal account setup.
You have to provide your PayPal account for it to work.

Thank you for checking and sending an answer.
I can not add Paypal because it says I already have it.
Also, I do not see these icons at the bottom when I look at my Jotform.
Can you help with more instructions?

I will use another form in my account. The integration is working better.

I checked your form and your PayPal account is still not setup on the payment field.

You have to add your paypal account.
See the screenshot image for guide on how to.

Thanks for checking again.
- I do not see the ICON at the bottom of my registration screen.
- I used a different registration form. It is silver not blue.
- Can you check it for connection.
- I chose another form and connected my Paypal account.
I do not see a SAVE button. Am I missing the SAVE button?

I have checked your JotForm and see that the PayPal email address is not added to the integration. Please see the screencast below that can help you with adding/changing the PayPal email address in the integration.
Hope this information helps!
