    Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue. The widget is working properly on my end. Here's a screen capture:

    If you are still having issues, please try to remove the widget and then add it back. Please test the issue using another browser.

    I have cleared your form cache as well so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
