Question about making a payment to Jot Form

    I received an email from Jot Form and I’m trying to find out if I need to make a payment to continue our service on our website I am president of a nonprofit called Awesome Ambitions please check our status of our account and contact me ASAP thank you

    I have checked the account related to your email address and it seems to be under the free status, I have checked our records and did not find any payments. 

    May you please provide us your JotForm account email address or your JotForm username? 

    We will check on our end and see if the payment went through.
