Recently for some device, it's not available to submit the form

    I'm happily using Jotform, an amazing and brilliant service ever.

    However, I have an issue as using the form recently.

    For specific devices, I can't submit the form anymore.

    I used to be able to submit the form with the devices but no longer to submit anymore.

    It's not about failure of submission but there is no response when I press the submit button.

    Do you know why it happens?

    Those devices are both mobile and computer.

    I submitted a test submission using my PC Windows X OS and it is working properly on my end. Here's a screenshot of my test:


    Please provide what mobile device brand and computer OS so we can try to replicate the issue. I also cleared your form cache. For testing purposes, please try using a different internet browser and internet connection.
