Is there a way to set up a form that will allow you to calculate the total cost, say for registering for a program or class, but offer an option to pay by cash in person or online payment?

1. The simple way - Use the PURCHASE ORDER payment field. This works just like the rest of the payment processors we offer. The only difference is that it doesn't process any payments (it's just for getting orders).
