I've got a problem with some of my forms that suddenly disable by themselves and are not available anymore on my site. As I'm using them as registration forms to a service of my company, such inconvenience is really bad for business. (pls see url address of that form herebelow)
Could you solve the problem or explain me what I may have done wrong?

It will automatically disable because of the limit that you have set on it, please try removing the limit or increase it. Please follow this visual guide on how to check form limits;

Thanks for your fast reply ! I didn’t even see that sub-tab in the Preferences…Thanks for the tip, now I guess it’ll work properly.
