Can I send submission data to our server then automatically delete it after 24 hours?

Is there anyway that information collected in our form be automatically downloaded and sent to somewhere in our server and then automatically deleted 24 hours later?

Hello Katie - If the server you're referring to is an FTP server, you can push submission data and file uploads there automatically.

However, that's the extent of it. We can't delete files from someone else's server. If you need to automatically delete it after 24 hours, try searching for a solution that matches the server you're using. Running a quick Google search on how to delete files automatically from FTP after X days should yield plenty of results.

Otherwise, if the deletion process needs to take place from our end (meaning the submission data will be deleted from your submissions page), then we have an app called Auto Delete Submissions. Just keep in mind that this happens instantly as soon as you receive the submission and not after 24 hours.
