I have several clients who are reciving an error message (screenshot attached) when they submit a file using JotForm in the Chrome browser only. Can you please help troubleshoot and provide debugging recomendatations?

This is a little tough as I am not able to recreate the problem described on my end. My test submission went through just fine. May I ask if you were able to experience this issue yourself?
Is the error persistent amongst all clients who use Chrome? If so, would you mind asking them for more details regarding the problem, like how big the files they are trying to upload, what their connection type was (mobile/cellular or wifi).
We need to be able to recreate the problem to occur so we can find out the cause and hopefully come up with a fix.
