Form analytics is just an empty page

I checked your form analytics on my end and it seems to display properly here.

Do you have any add-ons installed on your browser that may be preventing the page from being displayed? Can you please try using a different browser and clear your browser cache or your private window to view the form analytics and see if the issue occurs there as well? I would also suggest connecting to a different internet connection.
