I have spent hours trying to reprogram your form to stop bringing up this error code:
Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.Please advise.

I cloned your form and I found out that you are using these features to prevent or limit submissions:
Unique Submission - Check cookies and IP
This prevents duplicate or multiple submissions from the same customer who is using the same browser and IP address. For more information, please check this guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.Unique Question - Email
This will prevent the user to submit the form if the data he/she entered is already on the database. It means that if User A (johnsmith@email.com) already submitted the form, then User B (johnsmith@email.com) cannot submit the form. Please refer to this guide for more information: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question.Please disable these options in order to fix the issue.
