I've set up Dropbox integration but none of the form submissions have been downloaded. When I talked to Jonathan form support he suggested I remove then re-add the integration, but that still didn't resolve the issue.

Are you expecting past form submissions to be synced over to your Dropbox account? If so, I am sorry to tell you that that isn't how our Dropbox integration works. Only new form submissions are sent to Dropbox.
If I am mistaken and that you're not even receiving new form submissions on your Dropbox account, please do contact us again.
