    Good Morning.  When we have forms submitted, they're not being forwarded to the assigned emails.  Could you check, please?  http://www.jotform.com/?formID=23125473371954  Thanks.

    Please take note of the reason, they are the same. It also suggest you a way to solved such. But we always recommend Whitelisting Jotmails IP Address. And use noreply@jotform.com as your form notifications Sender Email, like this;

    Please do this solutions and let us know for results.

    Thanks

    The form was submitted and forwarded a number of times in early November and then just quit.  There was no change on our end.  Apparently something happened at Jotform that caused the submitted forms to no longer be submitted.  These addresses have been used for several years on Jotform and have not bounced.  Why not just remove them from your bounce list?  Are you telling me I can't have more than one person receive a submission?  Frankly this response isn't very clear.

    Hello QTLCenters.  Although you may have not touched your form or email settings for quite a long time, anti-spam filters do change without mostly anyone's knowledge.

    Our apologies as well for the unclear response.  Upon checking the email addresses, I can't find anymore the email addresses on our bounce list so it should have been removed earlier by Welvin upon finding out that your email addresses had been included in the said list.

    Also, please do contact your email service provider and have the following IP addresses white listed:

        188.138.116.138
        107.20.173.204
        174.34.57.218
        174.34.57.216
        174.34.57.214
        174.34.57.219
        208.117.50.251
        85.25.117.56

    Please do let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the guidance.  Taking the email addresses off the black list opened it up and we're now receiving submissions.  I have also spoken with our email provider and have white listed the 8 IP addresses provided.

    Thank you for your help.
