Anyway customers can proof their forms before submitting?

    Is there an easy way for customers to proof their forms before submitting? We have a check box that they have to check that says they have proofed their answers. We expect them to use the back button to review before submitting, but most don't and then get upset if they find a typo. They then contact us to edit the form. I was just hoping there was a better way.

    Yes, there is a better way, we have a Preview before submit widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/preview_before_submit

    So, you add it to your form, and your users can review all their answers before final submission of the form.

    Awesome! One last question: I noticed that previewing is now required. Anyway that it can just be optional and still show the submit button if they don't want to preview? Just curious.

    When you add the preview before submit widget in your form, it is required that you view your submission first before you can submit the form.

    Unfortunately, there is no work around on this. You users need to preview the answer before they can submit the form.

    I edited my form to have the preview and started getting emails from customers that they couldn't submit the form. I reverted back to the previous version, and I am still getting emails that customers are unable to type in the fields nor click the submit button. The form I am referring to is https://form.jotform.com/snjrose/hogwarts


    What happened? It worked fine before I tried adding th widget and I don't understand why the problem didn't go away when I reverted to the previous version. I never had trouble before.

    PS - This form is embedded in a product listing at https://www.legendaryletters.com/product/wizarding-acceptance-letter-british-school/ but even when I email the direct link above to the customers they are still reporting problems.

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and I was able to submit the form.
