Sharing folders with a colleague

Hello, 

I would like to share individual applications of my volunteers with another leader.

That leader would like them in PDF form.

If I change to PDF format will I still be allowed to share individual applications without all of them being shared?

Once I change to PDF form, can I change it back to the original format?

Yes, that's possible. You can share either the folder or individual forms to a sub-account.

When you download a form into PDF format, the existing form will remain unaffected.
