Image Choices: the option to hyperlink or resize images

I am building an "ad template" selection page where parents can choose different ad templates for a football program. However, the tiny thumbnails are pretty small...would be awesome if we could link to a larger version of the image for them to see. 

Either have the thumbnail images link OR allow a hyperlink in the description of the question where I could show them the full-sized ad template options. Is that possible?

It's not possible to adjust the images in the Image Choice Properties. The size is standard. But let me send this to our backend team as a feature request. If we have an update, we'll let you know here.

Thank you! Also, a helpful feature would be making those thumbnail images clickable links.

That has been included in the feature request which was already sent to our backend team. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you any ETA for the implementation. However, if there is any news, you'll be posted here.
