    Hi,

I checked your forms and I found that your synchronization broken. I fixed it now and add your missing submissions for both form to your spreadsheet. But please note that if you edit anything on the spreadsheet, your integration will broke again. You should not edit your spreadsheet.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Yes, as what my colleague has mentioned, any edits on your form could break your integration. I would suggest instead to create another spreadsheet, then from there, use IMPORTRANGE excel function to import the values from your integrated spreadsheet into your second spreadsheet. Then do all the edits on your second sheet.

If you remove the integration and integrate back-again a newly integrated spreadsheet will be generated. Then, you can use the import range feature to pull the data from the old spreadsheet into a new one, in that way the integration will remain intact, and you can customize the new one.

Any change in your Spreadsheet be it related to renaming it, changes in the header column, changes in the rows will cause the integration to break.

Import Range is just a function which helps you in importing data from one sheet to other.

Any change in the form or the sheet will lead to breaking the integration.

Could you please share the form URL and the link of your spreadsheet with view access so that we can test or manually push the data.

If possible please re-integrate the sheet and try once.

    Thanks.

On checking the Google sheet link, I found that I am not able to access it. Please give me edit access so that I can try to manually push the data to your sheet.
