    Hello,

I'm looking to set up multiple recipients for one form using conditions. Which plan do I need to have to be able to do this. We currently have premium but it says I need to upgrade.

If you are referring to the multiple recipients for your email notifications, the Premium subscription should be able to support it. You may set up to 10 recipients for each notification. Could you provide us with the screenshot of the error and more information when you are receiving the error so that we can assist you further?

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. Below you'll find a screen shot of the error. I
am trying to set up several conditions with different email notifications
going to different people. For example if your leader is B and you're
female the notification goes to B. If your leaders is B and you're male, a
notification goes to C, etc. I was able to set up only one condition
    successfully.

For some reason, the screenshot that you are trying to share with us was not posted.

You will be able to post a screenshot in the support forum by following the instructions in this guide — How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Also, please give us the form URL/ID of the form you are working with.

We will wait for your response.

Below you will find the screen shot. Basically it allowed me to set up one email notification dependent on conditions but won't let me set up any additional ones and is telling me I need to upgrade my account.

I did check your account and found that you have active premium subscription plan. You should be able to add multiple recipient emails in email alerts or conditions.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the error message. It seems you are editing a form which is shared with you. The user "campustargetjotform" who shared form only has a free account and that is the reason why you are not able to add multiple recipients.

Please note that if you want to add multiple recipients, form needs to be there in your account.

Is there a way to move the form so that campustarget is the owner so that I don't have to recreate the entire form? I am the owner of both accounts.

    There are two options available:

#1. Please clone the form in your paid account and then you should be able to add multiple recipient emails address. The following guide should help you in form cloning:   https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Form URL:  http://www.jotform.us/form/81783932181159

#2. Please sign in to your account "campustargetjotform" and then send us a message to transfer form to your account "campustarget", we will do the needful.

We will wait for your response.
