how do i add a conditional to a emoji slider card?

For the emoji slider, you would need to assign calculation values to each option in the slider:

Then use a condition to update another field with the calculation value:

You can then use the value in the second field for any conditions you need to be based on the slider.  Here is a quick test form to show what I mean:

The text field is conditionally updated with a value based on what is selected in the emoji slider.
