Question on setting up users on Gold.

We have a gold account with several users. Some of our users were part of our free account before we went to gold. When they login it shows them as part of a free account instead of a user on our company account. How can we go about correcting this?

If you're referring to your sub-users: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users please be mindful that your main account's limits will not transfer to your sub-users, your sub-users have their own subscription, you cannot share your subscription to them.

You can only share your forms(and form's submissions) to them: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

So the forms you have (with your paid account limits) will share to your sub-users and they can utilize the limits of that form.
