How to send an editable link for someone that already had the form submitted?

Hello! This is the 3rd time that I ask the same question and none of your responses help me to address my problem.

I have someone a number of participants that submitted tha subscription for a form I've created and now they need to edit the same form. I already tried to create a form with an autoresponder and it doesn't work.

Please provide a phone number we can talk or some answer that does recover the form asap
