Are payment limits monthly or yearly?

my question please...Q. Is it per monthly or whole year, the plan

can 'Receive Payments' per plan?

The payment submission limit is per month regardless of what type of subscription you have and regardless of the type of payment frequency you choose (monthly/yearly/bi-yearly).

Also note that the counter is reset every first of the month.
