How can I make my jotform mobile - responsive through my instagram website link?

I've been researching ways to make my jotform form mobile responsive with no luck. Sources online tell me that all themes  should be mobile responsive by default but that is not what im seeing on my phone.

All forms should be mobile responsive by default. I tested your forms on my Samsung Galaxy A5 and they are responsive. 

If the issue is related to your embedded form, please provide us your webpage URL. Also, tell us which phone are you using and provide us a screenshot of the issue.

I am on a Samsung galaxy a8 and the form will not adjust to fit the screen.
When I use my link through Instagram to that website link, it will now
allow to autorotate screen to fit screen.
