How do I enter an email list so that my survey form is emailed to all on the list, and after taking the survey each recipient is then emailed with

As a link all the survey reponses are sent back to me - the author - with a link to "edit submission". But this makes no snse as I didn't write the submission - the person who clicked the link did.. I assume this is resolved by adding an email list which Jotform can then email each one - abd where I ask each to take the survey.. But I can't ee how to do this? Please help
