It was working before... but now visual report builder is not working. Can you help?

We just need more information about the issue that you are experiencing.
Are you referring to the form builder page? Or, the Visual Report page — How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions?
If you can also share a screenshot of the issue, that would be great. — How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Your visual report works in Safari but displays nothing at all in Chrome.
I just get a blank page in Chrome

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.
I have tried to create a Visual Report on a newly created form but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue that you described.
I was using Google Chrome on Windows 10 in that screenshot above.
And here's a screenshot of the Visual Report page on Google Chrome in Mac.
Google Chrome in Mac is Version 68.0.3440.75
Can you verify the version of your Google Chrome browser, please?
