Its says all fields need to be numerical can you please fix this???

I am unable to replicate the issue on my end. Am viewing error messages appropriate for each field on your form here: https://form.jotform.com/81506379139160. Please provide more detail on this so we can assist you further. It's possible to post a screenshot on our forum explaining the issue.

I have checked your form and was able to get appropriate error messages. I can see that you are using Stripe as your payment processor. Please note that fields within the payment processor are fixed group of fields necessary for the payment to be processed properly.
May I ask what exactly is the error that you seem are inappropriate? With your latest screenshot, all of those errors are just rightful since you have not filled out the necessary payment fields.

When it’s all field out other people for the months it goes to January February etc. and it says all numerical numbers that needs to be fixed

Stripe payment automatically removes any special character in the Credit Card Number input even if it is filled out by the browser's autofill data. We have this numeric validation for other fields only, ex. Short Text Entry.
If you meant the month selection, there is no way you can change that to numeric order. That is the same even if the month name is fully displayed. If not, please clarify with your clients what is the actual error. If possible, get a screenshot from them about it.
