I created a t-shirt order form to sell t-shirts (with different quantities, sizes and prices.) How do I incorporate Paypal to the form so that my buyers can 

I checked your form and I see that you have already added a PayPal payment field.

You need to place your PayPal account email address in the PayPal Integration Settings.

If that is not what you are seeing when you click the Payment Settings icon of the payment field and what you see is similar to the screenshot below, just click the cogwheel icon.
