Account Suspended

    Hi,

    May I know why is my account suspended causing my created form to be disabled? Could you please restore my access?

    Your account is suspended because you are using a File Upload field to collect Drivers License.

    It is against our Terms of Use to collect sensitive info using a File Upload field. 

    If you want to collect Drivers License, you have to use a Short Text Entry field. You also have to add a sort agreement and an e-signature field to the form, for users to confirm/allow/agree that you are collecting the information for a purpose.

    I deleted the guilty fields from your forms and I activated your account.
