Hoow come only half my form shows up in my email?

Hello roxxstar. You have previously modified your e-mail notification's content this is why it did not automatically update anymore when you have added a new field on your form. You can try creating a new notification by editing your form > Email Alerts > Add New Email
Then selecting Notification Email to add a new email notification to be sent to your email address
Lastly, finish the wizard and save your form.
