Are Authorized Payments counted against the Payment Submissions Limit?

When it says your Bronze package enables you to receive 10 payments, does this include the authorize only option? How does that work? 10 per month is not very many.

Yes, this also includes the submissions made to forms that have the Payment Authorization option activated in the Payment Integration.
