Form is displaying the wrong dates even though I edited in the corrected days

Hi, I am having trouble with saving our donation pickups for Tuesdays.  The dates are edited and correct in the jotform, but does not display correctly after I save it and go to the website to verify it is correct.

Tuesday - Pick ups are scheduled for Dalton Gardens, Hayden & Athol.  The dates displayed are actually dates for Coeur d'Alene, Monday, Wednesday & Friday.  If you can help I'd appreciate it.

I apologize but I am not sure if I have understood you correctly.

Are you saying that you have made some changes to the form (you have changed the date options) but you are not seeing the changes in the form preview?

The form has some conditions that skip to a certain page based on user's answers. Please make sure that you have made the changes to the correct section and that the conditions are set up properly.

A couple of conditions in your form have errors which could be the reason that the updated options are not showing. I suggest you check and fix those.
