i need to transfer my forms to another user

    we have upgraded the wrong sub user emma.woods@harringtonsadvisory.co.uk

    please see your previous response from my account -

    es, you successfully upgraded the account emmawoods to a Bronze plan, but the form you provided was not created in the account emmawoods. It was created in the account harringtonsA. Your account emmawoods is the Sub-account User of the account harringtonsA. Please note that the accounts do not share the subscription. 

    Because of that, I asked if you upgraded the wrong account. We can move the forms from the account harringtonsA to your account emmawoods but that request must be made from the account harringtonsA.

    if we could remove the bronze plan and put it onto harringtonsA or send over some of the forms?

    We can either cancel and refund the subscription you created for the incorrect account or move the forms from your current account to the user "emmawoods".  We cannot move the subscription, but you could upgrade the correct account after we refund the one that was incorrectly upgraded.

    Let us know how you would like to proceed and we can take care of either one.

    As per your request, I moved the forms that were located inside of the My Forms folder from your account harringtonsA to the account emmawoods.

    It also seems that the forms you deleted were moved from the Trash folder to My Forms folder once I moved the forms to the other account. If you do not need those forms you can delete them again.
