Getting credit card error when submitting payment form

    I've had several vendors try to submit payment and get the following message:

    "Please fill up the credit card details"

    yet they are doing everything correctly. all the information is there and all the boxes are checked but they keep getting this message. Authorize dot net said it's working fine on their end...

    what could be wrong?

    I tried to fill out your form, however, I am only getting the error that you've shown if part of the payment fields is not filled out. For my sample below, I emptied the credit card number and that's the only time the error is shown.


    Please make sure the user has filled out all the payment fields in order to not get the error.

    thank you. but as you can see in my screen shot, she filled in all the required fields and still received the error.

    Hi Lissa,

    I have tested your form and if the Credit Card information is filled, I do not get that error.

    It is possible that the user has tried to submit the form without filling all the credit card information and got the error. Then, if all the fields are filled the error will still be shown until the Submit button is clicked again.

    Feel free to test the form yourself and let us know if you are getting the error when clicking the Submit button even though all the credit card details have been filled.
