Data label issue for visual report

Some data being pulled when creating a visual report comes through as jumbled up code rather than the text or number its supposed to be.

Is there a fix for this or a way to manually edit the labels for the charts?

It seems like your form is encrypted, note that some features are not available for encrypted forms, turning off the encryption option does not help either since the key is required to decrypt the data and it remains encrypted even though the encryption is disabled.
