How do I view recent submission dates?

How do I view recent submission dates? It is currently August, but only shows me submissions from April. 

As shown in your screenshot you're filtering them by date: 

You need to simply change the current dates limit or show all the submissions, while on the submissions page click on the more settings icon to get such submissions filter option:
