    is that why my users keep getting errors when they try to submit the form?  my forms have    80-150 fields so its a real pain for them to refill every field in again..... been getting a lot of complaints :(


    so is it this database prob causing this? or is it something else?

    It should be working now. Can you try the form and let me know if you still get errors?

    We are still working on the problems. We switched the database to a replica that runs a few hours older version of the database. So, you might be missing some recent data. Other than that everything should be working.

    Until we resolve the issues completely, please try to not use the site for now. Your forms should keep working.

    I cannot sign using my username and password.   I need to know asap whether the form on my site is gathering data even while i cannot sign in.

    We need to retrieve our lost data, otherwise we've lost 2 days work of work for the entire office. This amounts to thousands of dollars worth of loss business.

    Please help us.


    We got a notice around 5:30 pm or so that Jotform is "under maintainence" and then when we were able to use it again, all of Appointments from yesterday and from today (before 5pm) completely disapppeared. Nobody has touched Jotform to make any changes/amendments on the forms. Please let us know as soon as possible what happened and how to immediately retrieve our lost valuable data. It amounts to two full days of work for all staff and it is urgent we that we access the information. Thank you

    I'm missing a few days worth of data and changes. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. If this isnt resolved, I will be forced to find an alternate solution.

    Your data will be restored. Our first priority is to make sure all forms are working properly. Once the traffic goes down, we will load the missing data. The best thing you can do right now would be to let us handle this and check your data tomorrow. Thanks.
