    We noticed an unexpected behavior on one of our forms

    The Form theme seems to switch intermittently without any external modification.

    I have checked your form with several browsers and it is shown for me like this:

    Is it the correct styling at the moment?

    Form Builder has auto save feature, what means that every time you navigate/pick another theme or click a tab with previous settings applied, the form will save a new styling:

    Could it be possible that someone (or you) was checking this section at form builder when you tested the form?
